WEHCO Media, Inc. is looking for a Manager/Director of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing who will oversee and strategize the comprehensive CRM program for all business-to-business divisions of WEHCO Media. This role will entail a thorough understanding of lead development workflows, business objectives, and platform capabilities to enhance sales and marketing automation and improve pipeline visibility. In addition to managing the internal CRM strategy, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and supervising the productization of the HubSpot solution for local businesses and managing the delivery of this service. This includes ensuring a seamless implementation, training, and ongoing support. The Manager/Director will collaborate closely with WEHCO Media stakeholders to ensure that CRM activities align with company objectives while driving revenue growth through CRM-based solutions for external clients. This position is classified as safety-sensitive and is an exempt role.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or a related discipline. They should have a minimum of five to seven years of experience in marketing, sales, or communications and at least five years of experience managing small—to medium-sized multidisciplinary teams. Experience managing a CRM system is required, with HubSpot preferred. Proficiency in email service providers (ESPs), advertising platforms, analytical tools, presentation software, and other business systems is essential.

Moreover, the candidate must demonstrate a track record of executing high-quality campaigns that generate new business leads and meet other organizational objectives. Expertise in CRM architecture and best practices for B2B consumer engagement is crucial, as is a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing performance standards and measurement tools. Experience in Agile development methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure data integrity across interconnected systems are also required.

Additionally, familiarity with agency and newspaper media billing and accounting procedures will be beneficial. Lastly, experience in developing and managing service-based product offerings will be viewed as an advantageous asset.

The work is mainly performed in an office or remote setting, with collaboration occurring through video conferencing, messaging platforms, and occasional in-person meetings. Travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or team collaborations. The environment is flexible and fast-paced, requiring adaptability to shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.
