Job Description: As a Showroom Manager at Weston Carpet & Rugs, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom. Your primary duties will include managing and organizing the showroom, ensuring it is always presentable and welcoming to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and providing expert advice on flooring options to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the showroom to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Provide expert advice on flooring products and solutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
